When one purchase turned horribly sour within 24 hours of closing, we felt the right thing to do was to go through with it, having to put up another $30,000 down to please the lender, after having signed closing documents. As often happens with people who go through a traumatic ordeal, I became an advocate for victims, and put my heart and soul into studying real estate, loan options and everything slightly related.
